Text Message Program

All The Way Home Services · Forge and Co Services LLC · Green Bay, Wisconsin

This page is the complete description of our text messaging programme: how you agree to receive messages, what we send, and how to stop them.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and ticking the consent box on one of our service request forms. The box is never pre-ticked, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting service — leave it unticked and we will call or email you instead.

This is the form, exactly as a customer sees it:

The identical wording and checkbox appear in the chat window on this website, on the screen that asks for your phone number. We also reply by text to anyone who texts our published business number (920) 304-9377 first.

What we send

• Confirmation of an appointment you asked for
• A heads-up that your technician is on the way, with an arrival estimate
• Answers to questions you asked us through the website or by text
• A follow-up after the work is done
• Occasionally, a seasonal service reminder such as a furnace tune-up

Program details

• Program name: All The Way Home Services service notifications
• Message frequency: varies with your service; typically 1–5 messages per service request
• Cost: we charge nothing. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier
• Carriers: supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

How to stop messages

• Reply STOP to any message. You get one confirmation and then nothing further. These also work: CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE
• Reply START to begin again
• Reply HELP or INFO for help, or call (920) 304-9377
