Furnaces do not fail in October. They fail at 6am on the coldest morning of the year — and that is exactly when every shop in town is booked three days out. Club members go to the front of that line.

- Every visit is written up in your portal, so you always know where your system stands
Our Diagnostic Fee Still Applies
Members still pay our standard diagnostic fee on repair calls. We keep it on purpose — it is how we protect same-week availability for the people who genuinely need us. What membership changes is the price of that call on a Sunday night, how fast you get in, and what the repair costs once we are there.
Service Area
We cover Green Bay, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Howard, Suamico, Bellevue and Allouez, plus Brown County and eight surrounding counties across Northeast Wisconsin. See the full service area →
Why We Built This
Most maintenance plans are a way to lock you into a contract. This one exists because a furnace that gets looked at twice a year lasts longer, runs cheaper and almost never dies at 6am in January. That is better for you, and a customer whose system we actually know is better for us. No contract to cancel, no auto-renew trap, and it transfers with the house if you sell.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost?
Two hundred dollars a year. The two tune-ups alone are $260 at our normal rate, so you are ahead before any of the other benefits.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no contract to cancel and no auto-renew trap. If you do not want to continue, you simply do not renew.
What if I sell my house?
The membership transfers to the new owner, which is a genuine selling point when your home is on the market.
Do I still pay a diagnostic fee?
Yes, on repair calls. Members pay $125 for an after-hours, weekend or holiday call instead of our usual $250, and 15% comes off the repair itself.
What is the credit toward a new system?
Every year you are a member, $50 banks toward a future system replacement, up to $500. When the day comes that it is time to replace, that money is already waiting with us.
Do you service my area?
We cover Green Bay, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Howard, Suamico, Bellevue and Allouez, plus Brown County and eight surrounding counties across Northeast Wisconsin.
