What's your hourly rate?
Labor is billed at a fair hourly rate with a 1-hour minimum. Materials are separate and passed through at cost. We always quote before starting work — no surprise bills.
How quickly can you come out?
Most non-emergency requests are booked within 3-5 days. Same-week service is usually available; call for emergencies.
