Non-emergency residential requests are typically booked within 3-5 business days. Same-week service is usually available. For emergencies, we offer same-day response during business hours and on-call response after hours for contract clients.
Do you charge for estimates?
In-person estimates are free for projects estimated at 2+ hours of labor. For quick jobs, we can often provide an accurate quote over the phone with a few photos.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and all major credit cards. For commercial and property management clients, we accept ACH transfer and offer net-30 invoicing on approved accounts.
