Handyman & Home Repair in Green Bay, WI
Green Bay • De Pere • Ashwaubenon • Howard • Suamico • Bellevue • Allouez • Brown County
Looking for a handyman in Green Bay? You found the right page. We handle the repair and maintenance work most homeowners struggle to get anyone to show up for — the jobs too small for a contractor and too awkward to do yourself.
We lead with heating and cooling these days, but the handyman side has not gone anywhere. Same person, same pricing, same standards. If you have hired us before, nothing about how we work has changed.
What A Handyman Call Looks Like Here
- Text us a photo and a sentence about the problem — that is usually enough to quote it
- You get one price for the job, in writing, before we start
- No hourly meter running, no separate labor and materials line to argue about
- We show up in the window we said, or we tell you before it slips
- If it turns out to be bigger than it looked, you hear it from us before we do the work, not after
The Handyman Work We Get Called For Most
Drywall holes and cracks, TV mounting, ceiling fans and light fixtures, faucets and running toilets, doors that stick or will not latch, furniture and outdoor assembly, picture and mirror hanging, tile and grout repair, interior painting and touch-ups, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, screen repair, deck and fence repair, and the long list of small things that pile up on a house. The full menu is below.
We also do a fair amount of short-term rental turnover and property management for owners who do not live nearby, and small engine and mower work that most shops make you haul in yourself.
Handyman Service Area
We cover Green Bay, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Howard, Suamico, Bellevue, Allouez, Hobart, Pulaski, Denmark and Wrightstown, plus the rest of Brown County and the surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities. Not sure if you are in range? Text us your address and you will get a straight answer.
Why People Call Us Instead
The complaint we hear constantly is that nobody calls back, nobody shows up, and nobody will touch a job under a certain size. We built this side of the business around the opposite. Small jobs are welcome, you get one written price rather than an open-ended hourly rate, and texting reaches a real person rather than an answering service. Twelve years in the trades means most of what goes wrong in a house is something we have already fixed.
Handyman FAQs
Is there a minimum job size?
No. Small jobs are genuinely welcome — they are a big part of what we do. If it is a fifteen-minute fix we will tell you that and price it accordingly rather than padding it out.
How do you price handyman work?
One price for the job, agreed before we start. You will not get an hourly meter, and you will not get a separate labor and materials breakdown to pick apart — just the number for the finished job.
Do you still do handyman work now that you do HVAC?
Yes. Heating and cooling is what we lead with, but home repair is not being phased out. Same person doing the work, same standards, same pricing approach.
What if my project is not on the list?
Ask anyway. The list covers what we get called for most, not the limit of what we do. Text a photo and a description and we will tell you honestly whether it is in our wheelhouse.
Do you work on rental and investment properties?
Regularly. We handle short-term rental turnovers, tenant-change repairs, and ongoing maintenance for owners who do not live locally.
