All The Way Home Services (“we”, “us”) is a heating, cooling and home repair company in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or use this website, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work you need. This comes from our contact form, the chat on this site, our online booking, or a phone call.
- Job records — what we did at your property, equipment details, photographs of the work, estimates, invoices and payment records.
- Basic website data — the pages you visit and roughly where in the world you are, through standard server logs and analytics.
What we do with it
- Answer you, give you a price, and schedule the work.
- Keep a service history for your property, which is how we know what we installed and when it was last touched.
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices and receipts.
- Occasionally let existing customers know about a seasonal service or special. You can stop these at any time and it will not affect your service.
Text messages
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by us, only to communicate with you about your service, and are not passed to anyone else for marketing.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your appointment, your estimate, or work at your property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or stop us doing the work.
We use a licensed messaging provider to deliver and receive these messages on our behalf. They process the messages only to deliver them and are not permitted to use your number for anything else.
Who else sees your information
We are a small company and we keep this list short. Your information is shared only with:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us — our customer portal and email, our payment processor, and our messaging provider. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
- Our accountant, for invoices, payments and tax records.
- Anyone we are legally required to give it to.
We do not sell your personal information to anybody, for any purpose.
Payments
Card payments are handled on our payment processor’s own secure page. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose to save a card for a membership, it is stored with the processor, not with us.
How long we keep things
Job, invoice and tax records are kept as long as the law requires — generally seven years. Everything else we keep only as long as it is useful, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it, or reply STOP to a text.
Children
This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
