Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website, our online booking, and our text messaging programme. Work we do at your property is covered by the written estimate or invoice for that job, which takes precedence over anything here.
Who we are
All The Way Home Services is a trade name of Forge & Co Services LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company based in Green Bay. We are licensed and insured: Dwelling Contractor #4741-DCFR, HVAC Qualifier #606-HVACQ, Dwelling Contractor Qualifier #5133-DCQ.
Estimates and pricing
- Prices are given in a written estimate for your specific job. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quote.
- An estimate is based on what we could see. If we open something up and find a different problem, we will stop and talk to you before doing additional work.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Jobs over a certain size may require a deposit before we schedule or order materials. That will be stated on your estimate.
Scheduling and cancellation
- An appointment time is the start of an arrival window, not a doorstep guarantee. We will tell you if we are running late.
- Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
- Someone 18 or older must be able to give us access to the property.
- If you rent the property, we need the owner’s or property manager’s authorisation before we can begin.
Payment
- Invoices are due on receipt unless your invoice says otherwise.
- We accept card payments through a secure hosted page, and other methods by arrangement.
- Sales tax is applied where Wisconsin law requires it.
Text message programme
If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your appointment, your estimate, or work at your property, and occasionally about a seasonal service.
- Message frequency varies with your service.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s charges are between you and them.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (920) 304-9377.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Website chat
The chat on this site is there to answer questions and get you booked in. It is automated, and anything it says about timing or scope is a starting point, not a commitment — your written estimate is what counts. For an emergency, please call (920) 304-9377 rather than using the chat, so a person answers you straight away.
Workmanship
We stand behind our labour. If something we did is not right, tell us and we will come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are provided by the manufacturer and are passed through to you. We cannot warrant pre-existing conditions, parts we did not supply, or problems caused by lack of maintenance.
Using this website
The content here is ours. Please do not copy it wholesale, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with the site. We try to keep everything accurate but cannot promise the site is error-free or always available.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to this website or our messaging is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Wisconsin law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Brown County, Wisconsin.
